Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohieddin Khoja confirmed that the relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Yemen had witnessed tangible progress in all fields over the years. In a written address introducing the Guide of Saudi cultural days issued by the Ministry of Culture and Information in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia today on the occasion of kicking off of the Saudi cultural days in scheduled for tomorrow, the Minister said that the Ministry was keen to hold the Saudi cultural days in Yemen to underscore the deep-rooted relations that bind the two countries, citing the agreement recently signed by the two countries. The guide included brief information on Saudi Arabia, the exhibitions to be held including plastic arts, heritage, folklore, poetry, the two holy mosques, Arabic calligraphy and other week-long activates to be displayed in Sana'a, Aden and Mukalla. Dr. Khoja and the Yemeni Minister of Culture Dr. Mohamed Abubakr Al Meflahi will open the event in Sana'a tomorrow. The Saudi Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture and Information for International Relations Dr. Abubakr Baqader, who arrived in Sana'a yesterday for this purpose, said the cultural days are meant to cast light on the cultural and artistic scene in Saudi Arabia.
