Crown Prince sends cable to Estonia's President

Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has sent a cable of congratulation to Estonia's President Toomas Hendrik Ilves on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
In his cable, the Crown Prince wished the President permanent good health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
