Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, the Saudi Ambassador to the United Kingdom, met with the Mayor of the City of London Lord Ian Luder at his residence in downtown London today on the eve of his tour of a number of GCC member countries. During the meeting, they discussed the development of trade and economic relationships between the two countries, ways of strengthening them and necessary means to support them at the level of the government and private sectors. Speaking on the occasion, Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf stressed the strength of the Saudi economy and welcomed the British experience in the Kingdom. He also welcomed the Mayor's forthcoming visit to the Kingdom, scheduled commence tomorrow to a number of GCC member states, including Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Kuwait, saying that it would help to enhance commercial and economic relations between the two countries.
