Fahd bin Mohammed bin Othman Al-Jubeir as Mayor of Ahsa Governorate at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs. 3- Eng. Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al-Khudayr as Director General of Municipal Councils at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs. 4- Transferring Jamal bin Nasser bin Ibrahim Al-Khulaif from the post of Director General of Minister's Office to the post of Director General of Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Agriculture.
