a Saudi-Japanese cooperation seminar on development of the sanitary sector in the kingdom began here today.
The two-day seminar is organized by the Ministry of Water and Electricity as part of the project of the management and operation of sanitary drainage plants in cooperation with Japan International Cooperation Agency.
