Presided over by its Chairman Sheikh Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah bin Homaid, the Shoura Council held its 68th ordinary session here today. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Secretary General of Shoura Council Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Ghamdi said that the Council approved a draft memorandum of cooperation between King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the National Archives of Sudan. The draft will be submitted to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in accordance with the statute of the Council, he added. Al-Ghamdi also said that the Council discussed a draft regulation of railway transportation which consists of 10 chapters containing 38 articles. The Council discussed today chapter one, two and three; and will complete discussing the other chapters at the next session, he added.
