Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Interior Minister and Supervisor General of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Campaign for Relief of the Palestinian people in Gaza, , received here today a letter of thanks from the Commissioner General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNWRA), Karen Abu Zeid in which she commended the significant role of the campaign and its generous contribution to the alleviation of the suffering of those affected in the Gaza Strip. She pointed out that UNWRA is currently working on the accommodation 35,000 refugees in the Strip. It is noteworthy that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Campaign for Relief of the Palestinian people in Gaza has devised a comprehensive relief plan aimed at the provision of all necessary and crucial requirements at a cost of SR 63 million in cooperation with international relief organizations. The campaign is targeting to reach up to 850, 000 people in Gaza.
