Sheikha Dr. Ghalia bint Mohamed Al-Thani, the Qatar's Minister of Health, expressed her thanks and appreciation for the Saudi Arabian role, under the leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, and for the preparations for the emergency meeting of Arab health ministers to examine the deteriorating tragic health situation due to the savage war waged on Gaza Strip in the Occupied Palestine. She lauded the efforts of the Minister of Health Hamad Abdullah Al-Manae during the meeting. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency, the minister said, " The meeting recommended streamlining transport of patients to any Arab country for further management, and formation of a fact-finding committee on the health, social, humanitarian, and economic situation in Palestinian Occupied Territories to generate a report on direct and indirect impact of Israel's using of internationally-prohibited weapons to submit it to the WHO to take its deterrent actions against practices of the Israeli occupation."
