Ministry of Commerce and Industry approves establishment of companies

The Acting Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Saud bin Saeed Al-Mat'hamimi has approved the establishment of Riyadh-based Real Estate Joint Stock Ibram Company with a capital of two million Saudi Riyals.
The minister also approved the transformation of Riyadh-based Yamama Granite and Marble Company from a limited liability company to a joint stock company with a capital of SR126 million.
