Czech Prime Minister Mirek Topolanek will travel to Kiev on Friday to discuss a deal allowing international observers to monitor gas flows from Russia, reuters quoted a Czech EU presidency source as saying. "He is going to fine-tune the terms of the monitoring mission," said the source, speaking on the condition of anonymity. Topolanek will hold talks with President Viktor Yushchenko and Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, the source said.
