UK's Brown calls for immediate ceasefire in Gaza

British Prime Minister Gordon
Brown called on Sunday for an immediate ceasefire in Israel's
conflict with Palestinian militants in the Gaza Strip, reported reuters.
"What we've got to do ... is work harder than we've done for
an immediate ceasefire. The Israelis must have some assurance
that there are no rocket attacks coming into Israel," Brown said
in a BBC television interview.
