Minister of Human rights Huda al-Ban and Resident Representative of United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Sana'a Silver Ramish Darf has signed a document of building national capacities in human rights. The document included directions for cooperation in building the ministry's cadres capacities, support non governmental organizations, implementing the national strategy for human rights and other directions targeting boosting human rights principles.
