Meetings of the Ministerial Council of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) foreign ministers commenced here this evening. The Saudi Arabian delegation to the meetings was led by Prince Saud Al-Faisal, the Foreign Minister. This session is scheduled to resume discussions on the issues and matters to be submitted to the twenty ninth session of the Supreme Council concerning cooperation during the coming phase especially in the political, economic, social and cultural fields. A complementary meeting of the GCC foreign ministers will be held later this evening to discuss the files to be submitted to the leaders of the GCC States to take the necessary decisions on them during their twenty ninth summit.
