The Ministry of Agriculture today issued a statement, reminding citizens of its former decision issued four years ago barring the sale of local wood and coal which will go into force by the beginning of next lunar year. The statement called on wood and coal merchants to continue selling their stocks of local wood and coal and said that they are allowed to sell imported products. The move aimed at protecting forest and pasture environment, natural tree cover, biological diversification, plain soil and artisan water, the statement added.
