Oil Ministers of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries / OPEC / will hold an extraordinary meeting next Wednesday in the Algerian city of Oran. The meeting will also be attended by a number of non-OPEC countries including Russia, represented by Deputy Prime Minister for energy affairs Igor Ivanovich Sechin and Energy Minister Sergey Ivanovich SHMATKO, in addition to representatives of Azerbaijan, Oman and Syria. Meanwhile, OPEC's follow-up committee will hold a meeting on Tuesday to review the situation at the oil market in light of the recent developments dominated by low prices.
