Iraqi police say a suicide bomber has killed at least 25 people at a restaurant near the northern city of Kirkuk. Kirkuk police commander Brig. Gen. Sarhad Qadir says about 45 people have been wounded in the blast at a restaurant about two miles (four kilometers) north of Kirkuk. The area is at the center of Iraq's northern oil fields, according to a report of Associated Press.
