Sheikh affirmed that security is the responsibility of all peoples, pointing out that the society should protect Muslims and the routes of their trade from sea and air piracy. He emphasized the importance that the society criminalizes this form of terrorism. The General Mufti noted that Islam is the religion of mercy, charity, justice, peace, and maintaining all rights of all kinds including human rights. He called on the leaders of the Islamic world to apply Islamic Sharia in their countries. Al Al-Sheikh called on Muslim scholars to warn the Muslim society from corrupt malicious calls and plots of enemies .
