Iraqi police and hospital officials say a double bombing targeting police recruits in Baghdad has killed at least 16 people and wounded 45. A police officer says a car parked near a police academy exploded in northern Baghdad. He says a suicide bomber then blew himself up as police and recruits gathered at the site, according to a report of Associated Press.
