Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Makkah Region, Prince Saud al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Miqren bin Abdulaziz, Chief of General Intelligence and the Ambassador of the Custodian Two Holy Mosques to France Dr. Mohammed bin Ismael Al Alsheikh.
On the French side, the meeting was attended by Minister of Interior Michele Alliot-Marie; Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner; Minister of Economy, Industry and Employment Christine Lagarde; French Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Bertrand Besancenot; Chief of Staff to the French President Admiral Edouard Guillad; Diplomatic Adviser to the French President Jean-David Levitte; and Technical Adviser for the Middle East and North Africa Boris Bwalun.
