The Saudi Government has been giving utmost attention to the handicapped, the elderly people, juveniles, children and members of other needy categories. The Government has been providing these categories with the required assistance and care. In last blessed month of Ramadan, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz ordered to increase the financial assistance allocated for all categories of the handicapped that are registered at the lists of the ministry of social affairs by an additional annual sum amounting to SR 1,041,000,000. This sum will raise the allocations of the handicapped that are registered at the ministry of social affairs to SR 2,082,000,000. King Abdullah ordered to pay SR 1, 150,000,000 to all families included in the system of the social insurance. --MORE
