Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulation to President Mishal Suleiman of Lebanon on the occasion of his country's Independence Day.
In his cable, the Vice-Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques wished the president permanent good health and happiness and the people of Lebanon steady progress and prosperity.
