Jeddah, November 21, SPA -- Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulation to King Juan Carlos the 1st of the Kingdom of Spain on the occasion of the anniversary of his inauguration Day.
In his cable, the Vice-Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques wished the king permanent good health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
