Prince Nawaf bin Faisal bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Deputy President of Youth Welfare of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Deputy Chairman of the Saudi Olympic Committee and Deputy Chairman of the Saudi Soccer Federation, arrived in the Yemeni capital of Sanaa tonight on an official visit to Yemen. At Sanaa International Airport, he was received by Minister of Youth and Sports Homood Mohammed Abbad; Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Hashid bin Abdullah Al-Ahmar, Saudi Ambassador to Yemen Ali bin Mohammed Al-Hamdan and senior officials. In a statement upon arrival, Prince Nawaf bin Faisal said a document to implement the Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation in the fields of youth and sports between the two countries for 2009 -2010 will be signed during the visit. He said agreements between the two countries are for organizing matters whereas real and direct relations are the basis for relations among brothers. He said he has the pleasure to convey the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, to the leadership and government of the Republic of Yemen. Then Prince Nawaf bin Faisal toured some historical sites in ancient parts of the city of Sanaa.
