President Ali Abdullah Saleh of Yemen today lauded the $100 million worth of assistance provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for his country to help alleviate the sufferings of flood-hit people in Hadramout, Al-Mahra and Al-Hudaida provinces. In a statement, he said that the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, Egypt, Sudan, Jordan, Qatar, and Lebanon have also sent relief assistance to the victims of the natural catastrophe in Yemen.
