Al-Basheer arrives in Al-Madinah to visit the prophet's mosque

Madinah Al-Munawarah, Saudi Arabia, October 31, SPA -- President Omer Hasan Al-Basheer of The Sudan arrived here tonight to visit the Prophet's mosque and greet prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) and his two companions (may God be pleased with them).
At Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz International Airport, Al-Basheer was received by senior officials.
He left Jeddah earlier today after having performed Umrah (minor Hajj) in Makkah. At King Abdulaziz International Airport he was seen off by a representative of the royal protocol and a number of officials.
