Arab Transport Forum kicks off in Cairo

The first Arab Transport Forum, held under the patronage of Egypt's Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Nazeef, started here today with the participation of six Arab ministers and senior officials, experts and businessmen from 17 Arab and foreign countries.
Dr. Jubarah bin Eid Al-Suraiseri, Minister of Transport of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led his country's delegation.
In a key address, Egypt's Minister of Transport Mohammed Lutfi noted that this meeting is the first of its kind to combine ministers of transport, Arab and regional government delegates, and Arab and foreign private sector and investment banks representatives, hoping it would be held periodically.
