Dr. Ala'nqari hailed Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah's support for girls' education. Then, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah directed that the university be named after Princess Norah bint Abdulrahman saying, "In the name of God, the most beneficent, the most merciful. I thank brother Khalid and sister Aljooharh for this naming, but this university shall be named after Princess Norah bint Abdulrahman." --More
