The events of the Saudi Cultural Days has started in Loreto Square, Mexico City with attendance of Saudi delegations participating in the event. The first day of the event began with presentations of popular folk art from different part of the Kingdom and concluded with Saudi official folk lore dance "Al-Ardhah" which attracted participation of a number of Mexican spectators. The Saudi Ambassador Munir Ibrahim Punjabi pointed out that the Saudi cultural days in Mexico comes in implementation of directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz to introduce the Saudi heritage, civilization and history to the Mexican people.
