Al-Anqari arrives in Baku

Minister of higher education Dr Khalid al-Anqari has arrived here to participate in the fourth conference for the Islamic ministers of higher education.
Dr al-Anqari is accompanied by a high-ranking delegation.
The participants of the conference are scheduled to review a number OF topics including the contemporary challenges facing the Muslim countries.
