The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to Mr. Kgalema Motlanthe on the occasion of his appointment as President of South Africa. In his own name and on behalf of the people and government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the King wished the President permanent good health, happiness and all success in achieving his missions, and his people steady progress and prosperity.
