Kuwaiti Ambassador in Sanaa Salem Al-Zamanan said Kuwaiti-Yemeni relations are deep-rooted and historic with Kuwait's continuous support to Yemen's overall development. In an interview by the local "Al-Wehda" newspaper, Al-Zamanan pointed out that Kuwait viewed relations with Yemen as strong and ever growing, adding that both countries were keen on bolstering relations through the exchange of visit amongst Kuwaiti-Yemeni officials. Kuwait and Yemen are arranging a number of meetings in future to look into boosting relations in all domains; the ambassador was quoted as saying by KUNA. He indicated that Kuwait was taking an interest in investing in Yemen and looking forward to more economic cooperation between the two sides.
