Length of Roads in Kingdom exceed 178,000 KMS

The length of roads constructed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia up to the fiscal year 1427-1428 AH exceeded 178,000 kilometers.
These roads include Riyadh-Taif road (750 kms); Makkah-Madinah road (421kms); Jeddah-Makkah road (60 kms); Madinah-Tabuk road (680 kms); Qassim-Hail road (305 kms).
The budget of the ministry of transport for the fiscal year 1428-1429 AH includes allocation of about SR7.9 billion for the implementation of new road projects.
