The Saudi Ambassador to Mauritania Saud bin Abdulaziz Al-Jabri has handed over 12500 cartoons weighing 250 tons of dates to Mauritania's Commissioner of Food Security Mohammed Wild Mohammadou as the Kingdom's Ramadan gift to the needy in Mauritania. In a statement to mark the occasion, the Ambassador said the gift affirms the keenness of the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the service of Islam and Muslims and its dedication to the principle of solidarity among brothers, particularly in this holy month of Ramadan. For his part, Mauritania's official expressed thanks to and appreciation of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for this valuable gift.
