UAE Energy minister Mohammed bin Dha'en Al Hamili, left here Tuesday morning for Vienna to attend the ordinary bi-annual meeting of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), to be held later today at the organization's headquarters in the Austrian capital. Oil and energy ministers of the 13 OPEC member countries will discuss the latest developments on the oil market in view of the falling oil prices. They will also elect a new president for 2009 and approve a joint action plan for the last quarter of the year, the UAE news agency "WAM" reported.
