Pakistani officials say an explosion _ possibly caused by a missile strike _ has destroyed at least one house near the Afghan border and has killed five suspected foreign militants, AP reported. Two Pakistani intelligence officials said informers in the area told them that drone aircraft were seen near Gurwak village in the North Waziristan region just before the blast on Friday morning and that they believed the aircraft had fired missiles. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they are not authorized to speak to the media. They said five suspected foreign militants were killed and several others injured. Army spokesman Maj. Murad Khan confirmed the explosion and said officials were investigating.
