Yemen's Prime Minister Ali Mujawar inaugurated on Saturday the 17th Arab Scout Conference and the 11th International Conference on Civilizations and Culture Diversities. In the ceremony, Mujawar delivered a speech in which he affirmed that President Saleh's patronage of the 11th scout conference reflects care of the political leadership and the government's for youth who carry on their shoulders responsibility of promoting their countries in different fields. "Nations and peoples are only built and developed by hands of their sons," said Mujawar.
