Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak left Cairo today to South Africa as part of an official two-nation African tour, which will also take him to Uganda. President Mubarak will hold a summit meeting with South African counterpart Thabo Mbeki tomorrow considered as the beginning of a new stage in relations between the two countries on the basis of strategic partnership. Mubarak will also hold talks with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni to strengthen relations between the two countries.
