Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh received here on Saturday the Sudanese president's envoy Minister of Justice Abdel Basit Sabdarat, who handed over a letter from the Sudanese president Umar Al-Bashir, Saba reported. The letter dealt with the latest developments in Sudan in the light of the discussion taken place the International Criminal Court (ICC) on the situation in Darfur region. It expressed the Sudanese appreciation of the attitude of the Yemeni leadership, government and people that showed their solidarity with Sudan in particular and Arab nation's issues in general. The Sudanese envoy briefed President Saleh on the situation in Sudan, topped by pressures that Sudan is under, the foreign interventions in Darfur case and efforts exerted by the Sudanese government to spread peace in the region as well as results of the talks he held with Justice Minister on the Conference of Arab Justice Ministers to be held in Khartoum, the Sudanese capital. Saleh renewed the Yemeni supportive attitude to Sudan and its refusal of any intervention in the Sudanese interior affairs.
