Unidentified men in a speed boat seized eight foreign oil workers at gunpoint Saturday, AP quoted a military official as saying. The expatriates were aboard a liquefied petroleum gas tanker off the coast of Nigeria's restive river Niger delta when their vessel was attacked, state military spokesman Sagir Musa told The Associated Press. The nationalities of the oil workers were not immediately known, he said.
