The National Society for Human Rights in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia strongly condemned the hooligan act made by an Israeli soldier who fired on a blindfolded and handcuffed Palestinian detainee in open defiance of international humanitarian law and human rights principles. "This act reaffirms the organized state terrorism practiced by the Israeli occupation authorities in the occupied Palestinian territories", the Society said in a statement. The Society urged all international institutions and human rights organizations to move urgently to stop these acts against the Palestinian people and to work on ensuring the prosecution and punishment of the perpetrator of this act who violated the most elementary norms of human rights.
