Saudi Ambassador to Egypt Hisham Nazer has stressed the importance of the patronage by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of the World Conference on Dialogue and said its opening yesterday in Madrid is a confirmation on Islam's principle of moderation and the Conference's initiative to promote dialogue between followers of revealed Messages and oriental philosophies. He said in a statement today that the conference has witnessed a lot of researches and discussions on the theme of dialogue and its religious and cultural foundations. He stressed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has made great achievements in the field of dialogue at all levels internally and externally and in all cases, indicating that the World Conference on Dialogue, which was the result of the International Islamic Conference for Dialogue held in Makkah, aims to extend bridges of dialogue between peoples of different races and cultures and to interact visions about the importance of the religious factor in making civilization.
