Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Annual Contest of for Memorization of Holy Quran and Sunnah of the Prophet at the level of Indonesia for its second year was concluded here today. During the ceremony, the head of contest's committees Dr. Nasreddin Omar delivered a speech in which he praised the cooperation between Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Indonesia. He said "These moments of concluding of the contest are tangible witness on the strong cooperation between the two brotherly countries Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Indonesia in the interest of Holy Quran and Sunnah (tradition of the Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him), highlighting the tremendous efforts exerted by the Saudi Embassy to make this contest successful . He expressed thanks and appreciation to Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for his initiative to pay the costs of this contest. Following that, Saudi Ambassador to Indonesia Abdulrahman Mohammed Khayat delivered a speech in which he praised the relations between the Kingdom and Indonesia and he expressed his thanks and appreciation to contest's committees and the efforts made by them for the success of this contest. He said that the initiative of Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz to support such programmes emanates from his belief that the real cure to the Islamic nation is to return to the Holy Quran and Sunnah.
