A Jordanian researcher has underlined the importance of the initiative of the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz for conducting dialogue. Mohammed Adel Akl, in a statement to SPA, said the King's initiative for convening a world conference on dialogue comes at a time when the entire world is in need of such a conference, because there is a need to enhance the values of coexistence among the followers of the heavenly religions. 'When a call for convening the conference comes from a man of a great importance like King Abdullah, the King of Saudi Arabia, the cradle of Islam, that means the conference will be of a great significance', he said. Akl noted that the conference, which will be inaugurated on Wednesday in Madrid, will convey a message of a vital importance to the international community. 'The mankind is in need of a dialogue because lack of dialogue will lead to confrontations and conflicts', he added.
