The Shoura Council approved at its 38th ordinary session presided over by its Chairman Sheikh Dr. Salih bin Abdullah bin Homaid here today three draft agreements between Saudi Arabia and each of Germany, Egypt, and France. In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) following the session, the Secretary General of the Shoura Council Dr. Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Ghamdi said that the Council approved by majority a draft memorandum of understanding on bilateral political consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Federal Republic of Germany, and a draft memorandum of understanding between Saudi Arabia and Egypt to establish a follow up and political consultation committee. He added that the Council also approved by majority a draft Arrangement in the field of technical and vocational training between the Government of Saudi Arabia and Government of France. Dr. Al-Ghamdi said discussion was postponed to future sessions on articles related to electricity and telecommunications.
