Vice-Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulation to France's President Nicolas Sarkozy on the anniversary of his country's National Day.
In his cable, the Vice-Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques wished the President permanent good health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
