Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos has lauded the International Conference for Dialogue which will be held in Madrid on Wednesday under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz. In press statements he made in Tunis which he is currently visiting, he said the three-day conference will be an occasion to promote dialogue, rapprochement and understanding among religions and civilizations. The conference, organized by Muslim World League, is a response to the call of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for dialogue and the call of the Islamic nation's scholars on the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to hold an international conference for dialogue and invite to it those concerned with dialogue among followers of various divine religions and cultures.
