Transferring Yousef bin Saleh bin Ibrahim Al-Saif from the post of Assistant Secretary General of Civil Service Council at the General Secretariat of Civil Service Council; and appointing him as Undersecretary of the Ministry for Municipal Affairs at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs.
