Cooperation and political coordination in all issues of mutual interest. 2- Enhancing diplomatic and consular cooperation in the relations of the two countries with the other countries. 3- Enhancing security cooperation and exchange of information in a manner that increases joint security for the two countries. 4- Reaching the highest level of cooperation in the financial, economic, trade, industrial, telecommunications, transport, civil aviation as well as implementing joint projects and encouraging investment. 5- enhancing and supporting joint cooperation in the fields of energy, industry and exchange of technical and training experiences. 6- Enhancing cooperation in the fields of municipal affairs, agriculture, environment, animal resources and fisheries. 7- Development of military cooperation between the two countries including exchange of expertise in the military affairs and conducting joint maneuvers. 8- Supporting and activating the role of the private sector in the economic development. The council holds annual meetings alternately in the two countries and the meetings will be preceded by preparatory meetings at the level of experts, and the council can hold extraordinary meetings if they are required. The council can establish ministerial committees specialized in the fields of joint cooperation between the two countries. The first meeting to be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at a date to be fixed by the two counties. The Joint meeting draft minutes were signed in Jeddah on July 5, 2008 in two original copies in Arabic and each country will have a copy.
