Prince Misha'al bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Chairman of Allegiance-Pledge Commission, praised the remarkable level of relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt in light of the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and President Mohammed Hosni Mubarak on developing and strengthening these relations in various fields. In an interview with 'Al-Akhbar' Egyptian newspaper published today, Prince Misha'al said that the Egyptian-Saudi relations are strong, pointing out that there is a complete consensus between the two countries. "Egypt is a great country. We are proud of it as an Arab member country and of its historic role. We respect and appreciate Egyptian president and people", he added. Prince Misha'al bin Abdulaziz asserted that the continuation of political coordination emphasizes that cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt ensures stability in light of conflicts in the region. Prince Misha'al pointed out that the two countries are seeking to increase economic cooperation to serve the interests of Arab and Islamic world. --More
