Iraqi police say a female suicide bomber has blown herself up in front of a government compound northeast of Baghdad, killing at least 10 people and wounding 35. Sunday's attack is the latest in a series of bombings blamed on women. An official in the police headquarters says the woman detonated her explosives on the street outside the Diyala provincial governor's office and other official buildings in Baqouba, according to a report of the Associated Press.
